Conventional positioning often forces you to find the work again. ChunQi combines two mechanical ideas so the target stays close to the optical center while the vise moves.

Offsets the mechanism to bring the active work point back toward the rotation center.

Shortens the working distance and keeps the center of gravity low for stable, comfortable control.

Recommended zero reference

With the bench as the reference, the vise is approximately 145 mm high and the recommended XYZ zero plane is approximately 170 mm above the bench. That plane sits approximately 80 mm above the upper moving platform; the jaw height is 55 mm and the maximum body diameter is approximately 186 mm.

A 9.6 kg net-weight mold-steel structure gives the vise a planted feel. Linked jaws, three-stage positioning and deep jaw options adapt it to jewelry and metal engraving work.

Move the jaw plates between three mounting positions to match the workpiece. The base hole pattern is also open for customer-made fixtures, with hole dimensions and technical guidance available.

136H mold steel offers strong mechanical performance, hardness and acid/alkali resistance. It is less rust-resistant than 304 stainless steel; light surface rust can be removed with WD-40 and regular care.

Bearings are covered for five years. Misuse and accidental damage are excluded. D2O coordinates eligible support and returns as the authorized seller; contact us before returning any part.
